Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor 3+ engineers on agile methodologies
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Own end-to-end feature development lifecycle
- Collaborate with product on roadmap strategy
- Conduct code reviews and security audits
- Drive A/B testing and performance tuning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in full-stack development
- Expertise in Python/Go and React/Node.js
- Proven AWS/GCP deployment experience
- Strong Kubernetes/Docker background
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Lead 5+ production launches
- Published open-source contributions preferred
