Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot on AWS
- Mentor 2-3 junior developers through code reviews and pair programming

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Java development with Spring Boot
- Expertise in AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
