Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for AWS cloud deployments
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible
- Conduct performance tuning and system reliability improvements
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go or Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong background in distributed systems and API design
- Proven leadership in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog/Prometheus)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system designs
