Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Terraform
- Implement AWS infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements
- Drive technical debt reduction initiatives
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java
- Strong AWS/Azure cloud architecture skills
- Kubernetes and Docker containerization experience
- Proven track record in CI/CD implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
