Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records with precision
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Ensure strict compliance with JCAHO standards and hospital policies
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and critical incidents
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee RN license (compact license holders encouraged)
- ACLS/BLS certifications with commitment to maintain
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience (ER/Med-Surg preferred)
- BSN degree or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
- Tennessee driver's license for on-call rotations
