Responsibilities
- Provide advanced critical care nursing for ventilator-dependent patients
- Implement evidence-based treatment protocols for cardiac emergencies
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care rounds with physicians and specialists
- Maintain accurate electronic health records using Epic EMR
- Lead rapid response team activations during code blue events
- Mentor new nurses through our structured orientation program
Qualifications
- Active NM RN license (compact license accepted)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years ICU or ER experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends
