Responsibilities
- Provide advanced critical care monitoring for ventilator-dependent patients
- Administer complex medications and IV therapies with precision
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans for trauma and post-op cases
- Utilize Epic EHR for real-time documentation and care tracking
- Mentor new nurses during high-acuity procedures
- Participate in rapid response team activations
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license with 2+ years ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience with ventilator management protocols
- Strong critical decision-making skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
