Responsibilities
- Provide advanced life support in 24-bed ICU unit
- Administer complex medications and monitor critical vitals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during emergencies
- Maintain precise electronic health records
- Mentor new nurses during orientation period
- Participate in rapid response team activations
Qualifications
- CA RN license (active)
- BSN or higher preferred
- 2+ years ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Experience with ventilator management
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
