Responsibilities
- Assess and stabilize critical patients in high-pressure ER environment
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient records with precision in Epic EHR system
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care
- Maintain infection control standards and patient safety protocols
- Provide family education during emergency situations
- Participate in rapid response and trauma activations
Qualifications
- Active NM RN license (compact license accepted)
- 2+ years ER/trauma experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
- BSN preferred (ADN with experience considered)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong triage and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Spanish fluency highly valued
