Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 developers across agile sprints
- Architect cloud-native solutions using AWS/Azure
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to define technical roadmap
- Drive code quality through peer reviews and testing protocols
- Optimize system performance and scalability
- Document technical specifications and architecture diagrams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Python/Java/Go)
- Proven track record with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
