Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities ensuring efficiency and quality standards
- Manage team of 15+ technicians with shift scheduling and performance reviews
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment troubleshooting
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with quality control on product inspection processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years in manufacturing supervision/leadership role
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven team management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Associates degree in Industrial Technology or related field
