Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production workflow ensuring efficiency and quality standards
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of 15+ technicians and operators
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase output
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality control departments for continuous improvement
- Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain logistics
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 regulations
- Prepare production reports and analyze KPIs for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership with automotive or heavy industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Proven track record in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Certified Production Manager (CPM) or equivalent certification
- Excellent problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making ability
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
