Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 30+ night shift team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Oversee inventory management, cycle counts, and accuracy reporting
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during overnight operations
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handoffs
- Optimize warehouse workflows using WMS systems and automation tools
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain service level agreements
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with automated conveyor systems and robotics
