As part of our 24/7 operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining system integrity and ensuring our clients receive top-tier support during off-peak hours. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage incoming tickets, and collaborate with the day shift team to resolve escalated cases.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server systems and network infrastructure during the night shift to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Resolve incoming technical support tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and incident reports in the CRM system.
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and security scans.
- Escalate critical issues to senior engineering staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor when communicating with remote clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or network administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
