Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment during night shift hours
- Perform quality control checks and maintain production standards
- Document daily operations and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations
- Prepare shift handover reports for day shift personnel
- Assist in training new night shift employees as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during shift
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Reliable transportation to/from workplace
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred
