Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during night hours in ER, ICU, or Med-Surg units
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for continuity of care
- Maintain precise documentation in electronic health records
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout shift
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Tennessee or relevant healthcare certification
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (night shift preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
