Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including cloud platforms and hybrid networks
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, conduct vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues across multiple platforms
- Manage server administration, virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V), and storage solutions
- Collaborate with development teams on DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document IT systems, processes, and create disaster recovery protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT systems administration experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and cybersecurity best practices
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, MCSA, CCNP, or equivalent)
- Proven experience with virtualization technologies and container orchestration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
