Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Manage user accounts and access permissions across enterprise systems
- Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for employees
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of technical support experience in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols and security principles
- Eligibility for US work authorization or visa sponsorship required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
