Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive company data
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and network configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Lead disaster recovery planning and testing initiatives
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical incidents
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications
- Expert proficiency in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell)
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent troubleshooting methodology and communication skills
