Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for cloud services (Azure, AWS)
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Implement security protocols and patch management systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory and GPO management
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and VPN solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends on-call rotation
