Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and resolve critical outages within SLAs
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Train end-users on new technologies and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure
- Strong diagnostic skills with network troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
