Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for network, security, and hardware issues
- Collaborate on cross-functional DevOps and automation initiatives
- Lead cybersecurity incident response and vulnerability management
- Document IT processes and create technical training materials
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure, networking protocols, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Eligible for US visa sponsorship (H-1B, O-1, or similar)
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and infrastructure-as-code tools
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-cultural communication skills
