Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure systems including servers, networks, and cloud solutions
- Provide 24/7 technical support and troubleshooting for critical business systems
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection, vulnerability assessments, and compliance audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy innovative IT solutions
- Document system configurations, processes, and create technical training materials
- Monitor system performance and proactively optimize for efficiency and security
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in network administration, system administration, or cybersecurity
- Valid work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship (H1B, O1, TN, etc.)
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure, Cisco networking, and Windows/Linux environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure in urgent situations
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
