Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex software projects on schedule and budget
- Manage project lifecycles from conception to implementation using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across international teams and clients
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed
- Coordinate with immigration specialists to ensure smooth visa processing for foreign hires
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of IT project management experience with SaaS implementations
- Proven track record leading multicultural teams and international projects
- Strong proficiency in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- PMP or Scrum Master certification required
- Excellent English communication skills with ability to navigate cultural nuances
