Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Manage and escalate complex tickets to the engineering team.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions to restore system functionality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
