Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Perform quality control checks on all products to maintain high standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues quickly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and packaging processes.
- Complete daily shift logs and reports accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or assembly is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
