Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Manage and update customer records in our CRM systems accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure all weekend operations run smoothly and meet performance KPIs.
- Provide product knowledge and training to new team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a professional environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
