Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure during weekend operations to ensure business continuity.
- Assist users with hardware installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to the central team lead.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement weekend-specific protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
