Role Overview
As a Weekend Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide product guidance, and ensure our customers have a seamless experience during off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve high-volume customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to remote clients.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data and service tickets in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
