What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain. Your primary focus will be ensuring accurate and timely processing of inventory.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately to meet daily quotas.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in shipping and receiving functions, including labeling and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for all roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
