Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users via phone, email, and remote access.
- Provide clear, patient, and professional technical guidance to clients and colleagues.
- Log and track all support tickets in the CRM system, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Collaborate with the IT development team to escalate complex issues and suggest improvements.
- Maintain a high level of uptime for critical systems and troubleshoot network connectivity problems.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new software installations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and office productivity software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
