- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and chat to end-users.

- Document all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Guide customers through basic configuration and setup of office equipment and software.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and internal processes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Mac).
