- Provide comprehensive technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Educate users on best practices for software usage and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and technology stack.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a home office setup if remote.
