Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems and operating system errors.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and empathetic communication.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support or help desk roles is a plus but not required for top candidates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical reasoning abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
