Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Provide remote and on-site technical support within Mesa metropolitan area
- Document all troubleshooting steps and solutions in ticketing system

- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment

Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
