Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for technical roles including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps professionals.
- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and specialized tech communities.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within the tech industry.
- Utilize ATS systems to track progress and maintain accurate candidate data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT/Software).
- Proven track record of successfully placing high-level technical candidates.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom.
