- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and architecture to deployment and maintenance.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver features that exceed user expectations.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs with a focus on optimization.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack or backend capacity.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or equivalent modern web technologies.
- Deep understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
