Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Lead API development and integration with third-party financial systems
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Strong proficiency with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching technologies
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, Lambda) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready code
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
