Responsibilities
- Architect and Design: Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable software systems and applications.
- Code Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python, Java, or JavaScript, performing regular code reviews.
- System Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing codebases to improve application performance and reduce latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure team standards and best practices are met.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical bottlenecks and implement robust solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Java, Go, or C#).
- Databases: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
