Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for employees and clients
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Document technical solutions in knowledge base and ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex IT infrastructure problems
- Assist with network monitoring, security updates, and system maintenance
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in IT/Computer Science preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
