Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-based applications using AWS and microservices architecture
- Lead agile development cycles and mentor junior developers through pair programming sessions

- Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality documentation
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Participate in architecture planning and technology stack decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (8+ years)
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS) and containerization with Docker
- Proven track record leading full-lifecycle software development projects
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent practical experience
