Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure best practices and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues under tight deadlines.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Go.
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom is mandatory.
