Your Mission
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of critical features that drive our business forward. You will mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with product managers to deliver top-tier solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues to ensure system stability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
