Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and user stories.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust debugging strategies to ensure system stability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and security standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development (React, Node.js, or Python preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward project goals.
