Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle from concept through deployment.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
