Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through strategic outreach to enterprise clients in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi
- Develop and execute personalized sales plans aligned with quarterly revenue targets
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with marketing to create region-specific campaigns and collateral
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts to ensure retention and expansion
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast reporting
- Represent GlobalTech at industry events and trade shows across the Mid-South
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with enterprise software/SaaS solutions
- Proven track record exceeding $1M+ in annual sales quotas
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with C-level executives
- Ability to travel 25% of time within the assigned territory
- CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent cybersecurity knowledge preferred
- Experience with SaaS sales cycles and value-based selling methodologies
