Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT tickets in a high-volume helpdesk environment.
- Perform system installations, upgrades, and maintenance on desktops, laptops, and servers.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to resolve connectivity issues.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in training junior staff members on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
