Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
- Communicate project status, progress, and blockers to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong technical background with experience managing software development projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
