Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional platforms
- Lead a team of 5+ marketing professionals and agency partners to campaign execution
- Analyze market trends and consumer data to optimize ROI and identify growth opportunities
- Manage $2M+ annual marketing budget with strict performance KPIs
- Collaborate with product development on new brand launches and positioning
- Present quarterly performance reports to executive stakeholders
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of successful brand campaigns in coastal/lifestyle sectors
- Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media strategy
