Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and improve application performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering squad.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments to production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong understanding of Node.js, Python, or Java, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
